i then went on to hear her other albums, shes such a wonderful musician she even came into the music industry at age 16. Francoise also has a effortlessly cool look, from her  boyish black roll neck jumpers to her mod 60s mustard a-line dresses she really is the epitome of style and elegance. Francoise had such a perefect natural beauty her long bangs and winged eyeliner  matched her sheek mod wardrobe perefect, she even inspired people like bob dylan, david bowie & mick jagger.

so as i was room shopping i realised i really wanted a piece of art work, and i have some Christmas money and as i came across this particular piece,i fell in love with it. ordering asap. *fist punches air*

the white pepper is a recent discovery, and definitely one of my favourite shops, all the clothes are like my dream wardrobe; faux coats white angel like dresses & boyish jumpers (its my birthday in 2 months oh yes!) this particular jumper though I'm in love with, seriously its so cute and as its winter weather all year round in the UK i thinks this is a must..don't you agree?

unknown source-i kinda forgot what the shops name is...i will update the source once i figure out where they're from

I'm a sucker for washi tape,i have a small collection which is rapidly growing they're the perfect alternative to blu tack which leaves disgusting marks on the walls, paper tape though is easy to swap and change and with all colours and patterns its pretty perfect for all seasons. my favourite are my neon pinks and greens and as I'm going for a plain white room i think some more neon would be good so i love this yellow and the duck egg blue matches it perfectly.

so all the things on my wish list are mainly bits and pieces for my room, and this is another thing on the list, this calender is so cute and may help my new years resolution to get organised..

the last on my wish list is this starlette crown, christmas is over however i would so wear one of these gorgeous handmade crowns everyday, it would be perfect way to add interest to a everyday top knot bun and stripy tshirt.

anyway its half one and i should probably stop surfing the Internet, any one find any good January sale bargains? i found zilch. bring on the car boots sales in a few weeks.
have a lovely weekend x

room inspiration

my parents have finally decided its time for a room makeover as my rooms kinda been neglected however we decided to do the whole thing diy and make feel 'fresher' so ive fallen in love with the 'skandinavian' style meaning lots of white walls and floors with colorful items across the room,i also discovered the geometric trend i love some of the wall art that are just so simple, plus ikea has a wonderful range of geometric prints in black and white..i think a ikea is defintly needed soon..
so it 20 past midnight and i'm still looking at amazing rooms so i thought i'd share a few...

this is a perfect colour scheme

so my resolution this year is to blog, and i thought i'd start with a easy-peasy diy.
I've seen these pearl-cat ear headbands so instead of going out and buying one why not spend a dreary january afternoon for a quater of the price
you will need
beads-im using pearls off a old bracelet but you could use any kind of beads
2 pieces of wire- if you have the proper tools like pliers a pat on the back to you for being prepared but i f you dont just use your hand like myself
a head band-preferably a skinny one,a black would of been better or just use anyone round the house
a hot glue gun
